In the matter of changing the grade of the alley in Block 14, Lewis' 2nd Addition,
from Milford Ave. to Wayzata Ave. to conform to the grade as shown on the profile
on file in the Department of Public Works; also grading and surfacing with bitumin-
ous material the alley in Block 14, Lewis' 2nd Addition, from Milford Ave. to
Wayzata Ave. to the proposed change in grade under Preliminary Order 1999542 approved
December 6, 1960, and Final Order No. 201893, approved May 20 1961;
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above named
improvement be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public
Works be, and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost of $2,421.00
by city forces, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary mater-
ials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement including engineering
and inspection expenses amounting to $242.00 or a total of X2,663.00 be assessed
against the benefited property.
