In the matter of changing the grade of the alley in Block 5, Lake Park Addition
from Pascal Street to Arona Street to conform to the grade as shown on the profile
on file in the Department of Public Works, also grading and surfacing the alley in
Block 5, Lake Park Addition from Pascal Street to Arona Street to the proposed
change of grade, under Preliminary Order 199956, approved December 6, 1960, and
Final Order No. 201774, approved April 25, 1961;
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above named
improvement be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public
Works be, and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost of $4,222.00
by city forces, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary mat-
erials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement including engineering
and inspection expenses amounting to $422.00 or a total of $4,644.00 be assessed
against the benefited property.
