WHMEA5, The State of Minnesota has acquired by direct negotiation. the parce2b
of real estate described on the attached schedule which is made a part of this
application; and that said real estte was taken for State Trunk Highway purposes;
and that the Ramsey County Auditor spread taxes against said real estate, as
shown on the attached schedule, because the acquisitions were too late in the
year to prevent the spreading of said taxes; and that the State of Minnesota
is exampt from taxation; and that said property will not revert to private use
in the foreseeable future, if ever; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the taxes for the year 1960 in the amount of $1,875.18 plus
special.aspessments in the amount of $190.88 for a total amount of $2,066.06,
as set forth on the attached schedule., be abated.
