RESULVED, that Dr. Harold Pomeroy, the applicant
therefor, hereby is granted permission to install and operate
a -wheel alignment and tire- changing facility on property on
the north side of Eighth Street between Jackson and Temperance
Streets, more particularly described as the southwesterly
73 feet of Lot 8, V. D. T.Talsh's Rearrangement of Lots land 2,
Block 16, Robert and Randall's Addition, and Block 7, Hoytts
.Addition, in accordance with the plans therefor, approved
May 2,.9 1961, filed herewith, and further subject to compliance
with all applicable statutes and ordinances and rules and regu-
lations prescribed by governmental authority having cognizance.

The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution granting the
attached application of Dr. Harold Pomeroy for permit to install and
operate a wheel alignment and tire- changing facility on property on the
north side of Eighth St. between Jackson and Temperance Sts., on the
SW'ly 73 ft. of Lot 8, V. D. Walsh's Rear. of Lots 1 and 2. Block 16,
Robert and Randall's Addition, and Block 7, Eoyt's Addition, in accordance
with applicant's plans approved May 4, 1961.
