We, the undersigned, petition the honorable City Council of the City of
St. Paul, Minnesota to withdraw our previous petition for residential curbing
on the South Side of East Cottage Ave. between Kennard and Flandrew Aves.
Our feelings are that the quoted price of $4.05 per running foot for this
'curbing is excessive.
