Rogers, 919 East Sixth Street, who desires permission to increase the height of his five foot high red wood fence to six feet to insure privacy. This office has made an inspection of the premises and con- tacted the neighbor and we find that this six foot height will not be objectionable. Therefore, we recommend that the Council authorize the Building Department os issue this permit. Yours truly, AP-ARCHJTECT H. Schroeder C AHS..A l 1 cry O Q. L4ko- d `'A ©V.,. That the owner of his adjoining property, 919 E. 6th St. is Robert W. Rogers. It appears from a conversation with Mr. Franzmeier that Mr. Rogers is contemplating the construction of a 7 ft. wooden fence to enclose his property, and Mr. Franzmeier wishes to be heard before the council grants permission for the construction of a fence over 5 ft. Will you be good enough to advise Mr. Franzmeier or myself, the•time and date before permission is granted for the construction of such a fence in order to raise an objection? Thank you.
