Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: An application has been made to the Council by Dr. J. R. Ralph of 1823 Wellesley Avenue, for permission to construct a six foot fence approximately fifty feet long, of redwood, ventilated to admit light and air, this fence to enclose the rear yard and patio. An inspection has been made of the premises and our in- spector can see no objections to this construction.
