Boyd, 1617 Laurel Avenue, was re- ferred to this office for investigation and report. Mr. Boyd requests permission to erect a six foot high, 32 foot long, horizontal louvre fence on the property line between 1617 and 1619 Laurel, the rear of the lot to be fenced with wire fencing five feet high.
