RESOLVED, That Milton L. Boyd be permitted to erect
a 6 ft. high, 32 ft. long, horizontal louvre fence on the
property line between 1617 and 1619 Laurel Avenue and a wire
fence 5 ft. high on the rear of the property at 1617 Laurel
Avenue, said fence to be constructed under the direction and
to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings.

The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution granting the
request of Milton L. Boyd, 1617 Laurel Ave., for permit to erect a 6 -ft.
high, 32 ft. long, horizontal louvre fence on the property line between
1617 and 1619 Laurel Ave., the rear of the lot to be fenced with wire
fencing 5 ft. high.

Dear Council Members:
A letter from Milton L. Boyd, 1617 Laurel Avenue, was re-
ferred to this office for investigation and report.
Mr. Boyd requests permission to erect a six foot high,
32 foot long, horizontal louvre fence on the property
line between 1617 and 1619 Laurel, the rear of the lot
to be fenced with wire fencing five feet high.
Our inspector has checked over the premises and can see
no objections to this. It is our recommendation that the
Council authorize the Building Department to issue a per-
mit.
