RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
said Council hereby concurs in the similar action of the Sinking Fund
Committee of said City and authorizes and approves the assignment and

transfer by American National Bank of St. Paul of $200,000 2-% U. S.
Treasury Bonds of 1963, dated December 15, 1954, due august 15, 1963,
to said City's Commissioner of Finance and said Commissioners
successors in office, as additional security for deposits of said
City's funds with said Bank and the deposit of the same therefor with
the custodial depository, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, for safe-
keeping, under and pursuant to the pertinent written instrument of
assignment and deposit, dated June 12, 1961, executed by said .American
of St. Pau�.
National Bank/and said Commissioner acting in the premises for said
City, and the appended receipt covering said transaction, executed by
said Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, dated June 15, 1961; and
that said Council does hereby authorize, ratify, and confirm everything
done, in the premises.
