THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby

authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Roy F. Knauss and Frances M. Knauss, the sum of $191.95 in full
settlement of their claim against the City, arising from injuries
-and 'damages sustl ned by them by reason of Frances M. Knauss's fall
on the sidewalk on St. Peter Street near Seventh Street in Saint
Paul, on January 11, 1961.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimants
upon their execution and delivery of a release in full to the
City, in a form i to be approved by the Cnrpora.tion Counsel, for all
damages sustained by them in the manner aforesaid.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
