In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Block 3, Berland Addition No. 1, and Block 1, Angelene Addition,
from Pacific Street to McLean Ave.; also constructing a storm sewer in the
alley from a point 130 ft. north of McLean Ave. to the existing sewer in
McLean Ave.,lunder Preliminary Order 198967, approved September 16, 1960,
and Final Order 199736, approved November 22, 1960.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner
of Public Works be, and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated
cost of $3320.00 by City forces, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to
secure the necessary materials, and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement, including
engineering and inspection expdnses amounting to $332.00, or a total of
$3652.00, be assessed against the benefitted property.
