Rusch, 1662 East Hoyt Avenue, St. Paul 6, who, because of serious illness wac;-unable to renew his master electrician-certificate of competency before its expiration on December 30, 1960. There is now a penalty due of $8.00 plus the original fee of $5.00. Mr. Rusch has sent his check for $5.00, the regular renew- al fee without penalty. In view of the above, we a- -e*re- questing that you prepare a resolution for Council approv- al, which would allow this office to issue Mr. Rusch a certificate for $5.00.
