RESOLVED, That Donald E, Scully be paid the sum of

$810,00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General
Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint
Paul, Board of Water Commissioners, for compensation resulting
from his injury of December 1, 1960, while in the employ of the
Board of Water'Commisaioners of the City of Saint Paul, whereby
he suffered 45 per cent permanent partial disability to his
left index finger.
