In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement V, 81'
in width for the purpose of constructing a retaining wall in the
land on the west side of Marion St. from the south line of Aurora
Ave. to a point 83' south of Aurora Ave. and from the north line
of Aurora Ave. to a point 82' north of Aurora Ave.; also a temporary
easement 21 411 in width on the west side of the above permanent
easement. Also condemning and taking an easement in the land
necessary for slopes, cuts and fills, including the right of removal
of lateral support occasioned by excavations thereof or construction
of slopes in the grading of Marion St. from 156' north of Fuller Ave.
to University Ave., under Preliminary Order 201955, approved May 3,
1961.
Resolved, That all orders in the above matter be and the same are
hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all proceedings in such
matter discontinued.
