WHEREAS: Pearl Joseph desires to withdraw Application B-1325 for Restaurant and Cigarette
licenses at 395 East Seventh Street and requests the return of the license fee
deposited thereon, ;therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Pearl Joseph the pro-rated fee of $ 38.50, deducting $ 3.50 f rom the original
fee of $ 42.00 posted for the period the applicant operated on said application
and to cancel said application for license.
