RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Department of
Public- Works, Bureau of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street, St, Paul, Minnesota,
Two 1961 Dodge V -S, D -600 Truck Chassis, 22000# min. GVW complete with 50 ft, Hydraul-
ically operated Aerial Lift (Ottawa Strato Tower Model TST50) for use by the Division
of Forestry, to HETFIELD- QUEENAN, INC. for the contract price of $28,176,00 in
accordance Wittt City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8321
of Raid Hetfield- Queenan, Inc., such bid being the lowest and said Hetfield- Queenan, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials
are hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
