An ordinance settling the claim of
John Lichtscheidl against the City of
the City of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper Citybfficers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromibe Fund, to
John Lichtscheidl and his attorneys, Ulvin and Ch'risterisen,. the,f

sum of $165.57 in full settlement of said John Lichtscheidlls
claim against the City arising from damage on February lg, 1961,
to a coal chute owned by said claimant, lodated in the sidewalk
in front of premises known as 625 University Avenue, Saint Paul,
during snow removal operations by a City vehicle.
Section 2. Said sum shall "be paid to said -cla.iman.t --
upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
. sustained by him in the manner aforesaid.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
sustained by him in the :canner aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty ,days after its passage, approval, and publication.
