This is private property. State law allows far certain improvements to private property (e.g., fire protection systems) to be paid for through city assessments. This resolution creates budgeted authority far fund 802 to transfer $15,780 into anewly created capital project fund for the wark to be completed. Fund 802 will then receive the assessment revenue as it is re-paid. Fund 802 has suffic3ent funds to cover the transfer. OK to sign.
