19 1961, at 720 North Hamlin Avenue and this business and adjacent property
was destroyed by a fire on the morning of January 31, 1961, and he has..not
re- opened this business, and requests a refund for the unused portion of
the license, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Ned O'Neill the pro-rated fee of $ 45.00, deducting $15.00 from the total fee
of $ 60:00 posted, for the period the licensee operated and to cancel said
license.
