WHEREAS, in the matter of the construction of Sidewalks, more
particularly the 1958 Annual Sidewalk Contract 58 -TA -176,
Comptroller's Contract L -5998, Pederson Bros. Company, Com-
pany contractor, restoration of the sidewalks along both sides
of AKES AVENUE from Hazelwood Avenue to the Railroad Right -of-
Way, pursuant to Final Order C.F. 187283, approved May , 19581
was made a part thereof, and
WHEREAS, it was found necessary to do considerable filling at
various locations to correct grade conditions and to construct
a reinforced concrete support over an existing Culvert encounter-
ed at the intersection*of Ames Ave. and Germain St., consisting
of the following quantities; and amounts:

RESOLVED, that the Commissioner/ Works is hereby directed to pay
from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001, the
non - assessable portion of the costs of sidewalk construction in
the amount of $ 964..71, done under the 1958 Sidewalk Contract
L -5998, District No. 3, Levy No. 11; said Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund to be reimbursed from the Local Improvement Fund,
CODE 31E -1, (1961).
