RESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and they herein are
authorized and instructed to execute on behalf of the City of St. Paul

Supplement No. 1 to Agreement No. C -2519 between the City of St. Paul and
the Minnesota Highway Department, whereby the scope of Agreement No. C -2519,
dated December'22, 1959, is extended from Farrington Street in the City of
St. Paul on Interstate Highway No. 94 to the west junction of Interstate
Highway No. 35E.
