RESOLVED, That a resolution Council Fi1e 201050, adopted
and approved sin March 3, 1961, with reference to rental of the gymnasium
from the American Society for the year 1961, be amended by striking
therefrom the phrase, "to enter into a lease for said premises for the
year 1961 at the rental of $100. 00 per month, " and inserting in lieu thereof
the phrase, "to enter into a lease for said premises at the rate of $100. 00
monthly for such time until the new building now under construction by

tion Counsel is hereby directed to prepare the proper lease to cover
above amendment.
