WHEREAS, the vacation of property on Rondo Street has greatly reduced
the number of people patronizing the Rondo -East 6th Street bus
line, and
WHEREAS, impending developments of the highway improvement program are
going to close Rondo Street in the very near future, be it

that the City Council approves the abandonment of the present
Rondo -East 6th Street bus line west of Seven Corners to Prior
Avenue and the substitution therefor of alternative service
on the Selby Lake line as far as Prior Avenue, north on
Prior Avenue to St. Anthony Avenue and thence westward into
Desnoyer Park on the same route as the existing Rondo -East 6th
Street bus line follows. Be it
:SOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution be sent to the State
Railroad and Warehouse Commission by tb City Clerk.
