WEEREAS, in conjunction with the construction of a
Sewer in HOYT AVENUE from Sloan St. to a point 712
feet west of the Center -line of Sloan Street and in
WEEELOCK PARKWAY from Sloan St. to a point 850 feet
west of the Center -line of Sloan Street, C. F. No.
198,265, approved July 29, 1960 authorized the City
of St. Paul to complete this Contract, which was let
originally to the I. J. DONNELLY CONTRACTING COMPANY,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the additional cost by City Forces in the amount
of $ 4, 232.x.9, be charged to the P, I, R, Fund -Code 3001,
Comptroller's Contract L -60561 said fund to be reimbursed
from the City's Share of Lqcal Improvements' Fund, Code
31E -1 (1961).-
