In the matter of opening,widening and extending an easement for sidewalk purposes across
the C.M.St.P.&P. Ry right -of -way by taking and condemning a strip of an width,
6 ft. on either side of the following descr1bed,11ne0eginning at a point on the south
line of Bisanz Highland Plains No.2, said point being 16 ft, east of the East line of
Lot 11, Block 6, Biosanz Highland Plains No.2 extended;thence in a southerly direction
parallel to said East line of Lot 11,Block 62 Bisanz Highland Plains No.2 70.7 ft.;
thence on an angle of 580 to the right to a point on the north line of Return Court,
under Preliminary Order 198375 -, approved August 5th: 1960
Intermediary Order 200712 approved February 8th.1961
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is to open,widen and extend an easement for sidewalk
purposes across the C,M.St.P.& P.Ry right -of -way by taking and condemning a strip of
land 12 ft.in width, 6 ft. on either side of the following described line:Beginning at
a point on the south line of Bisanz Highland Plains No.2, said point being 16 ft.East
of the East line of Lot 112Block 6,Bisanz Highland Plains No.2 extemded; thence in a
southerly direction parallel to said East line of -Lot 11, Block 6,Bisanz Highland Plains
No.2 70.7 ft.;thence on an angle of 580- to the right to a point on the north line of
Return Court.
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made..
`- `RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein, be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
A strip of land 12 ft. in width, 6 ft. on either side of the following described
line: Beginning at a point on the south line of Bisanz Highland Plains Np.2,said point
being 16'ft. East mf the East line of Lot 11,Block 61 Bisanz Highland Plains No.2
extended;thence in a southerly direction parallel to said East line of Lot 11,Block 6,
Bisanz Highland Plains No:2 70.7 ft.;thence on an angle of 580 to the right to a point
on the north line of Return Court.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
