COUNCIL RESOLUTIO - GENERAL FORM

Whereas, For some time past the City of St. Paul has rented from the
American Society the gymnasium and other parts of the buildings necessary to
operate the gymnasium in the byilding owned by said American Society at the
northwest corner of Bradley and -LPatridge Streets, for recreation purposes;
and
Whereas, The Department of parks and Recreation and Public Buildings
needs to use said building for the same purpose this year; therefore, be it
Resolved, That the proper City officirs be and they are hereby
authorized to enter into a lease for said premises for the year 1961, at a
rental of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month, payable out of the Parks
and Recreation Fund 18 -L -4, and the Corporation Counsel is directed to
prepare the proper lease therefor.
