Purchasing:Committee and rejects all bids received on Formal Bid ##8233 for
Pedestrian Signal' Equipment for the Bureau ofPolice and Fire Alarm,
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent.be and he is hereby authorized
with the consent of the Comptroller, to purchase from H "B; ALMA, INC.;
Pedestrian Signal Equipment manufactured by-Eagle Signal Company to match
present equipment at a cost of $5,352090, without further advertisement
or competitive bids as this equipment is patented and no advantage could
be gained thereby.
