Whereas, By authorization of the
CISLaws of Minnesota for the Year 1959,
Chapter 3192216, approved May 7, 1959,
OFFICE 01 the City of St: Paul may pay a portion

Whereas, It has been determined that

WHEREAS, by authorization of the Laws of Minnesota for the Year
1959, Chapter 330, H. F. No. 217 and ratified by C. F. 192216,
approved May 7, 1959, the City of St; Paul may pay a portion
of the cost of Sidewalk Construction, when such costs exceed the
benefits to the property owner, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Parcels of Property here-
inafter outlined, be relieved of assessable costs for sidewalk
construction, in the following amounts:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3, Smith's Sub - division of Block
3, of Stinson's Division of the NW4 of Section
36, T -291 R-23-: 84.58
LOTS 14 and 15, BLOCK 11, except the south
80 feet, Butterfield Syndicate Add. No. 1 117.38
North 41.61 feet of LOTS 1 and 2, BLOCK 12,
Butterfield Syndicate Add. No. 1 . . . . 125.63
TOTAL 9 327.59, and
WHEREAS, the total credited assessable costs is 327.59, now
therefore., be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and he i-s hereby
authorized and directed to pay from the Permanent Revolving Fund,
CODE 3001, the sum of• $ 327.59, a portion of the costs of Side-
walk construction, under the 1959 Sidewalk Contract, L -6086,
District No. 1, Levy No. 5, said Permanent Improvement Revolving
Fund -to be reimbursed from the Local Improvement Fund, CODE 31E -1
