RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings hereby is .authorized to assent in behalf of the City to
the rezoning of Lots 23, 211•, 25, and 26, Block 5, Dawson's Addition,
and Lots 1 and 2, Block 13, Olivbr's Addition to 'West Saint Paul, from
'"A" Residence District to "C" Residence District, the City being the owner
of several parcels of'real estate within 100 feet of that proposed to be
rezoned under the pending petition of Philip C. Bettenburg and Arthur H.
Baumeister, et al., and hereinabove described.
