WHERE0, the Board of Water Commissioners by its Resolution adopted
the 16 day of Feb.1961 approved a form of contract for the
retention of Mr.- Adolph F'. Meyer as consulting hydraulic engineer
in those special circumstances which confront the Board from time

services, a. copy of such Resolution being filed herewith and by

Resolution of the Board of-Water Commissioners and said form of
contract and the execution thereof 'on behalf of the Board of
Water Commissioners shall be and the same hereby are approved
and ratified, all costs because. of retention of said-consulting
hydraulic engineer to be paid out of the Water Department Fund 23,
