Whereas, The Board of Water Com-
missioners of the City of Saint Paul,
by its Resolution adopted the 161h day
-DATE of February 1961, approved and author-
ized a proceedings in eminent domain
for the purpose of condemning and
taking every right, title, interest and
estate in certain lands situate in Sec-
tion 19, Township 30 N., Range 22 W.,
in the County of Ramsey and which
are required for a certain extension
of waterworks system of said City,
a certified copy of said Resolution being
filed herewith and by this reference
hereby incorporated herein with the
same_ intent, purpose and effect as It
V4T EREAS, the Board of dater Comissioners of the City of Saint
Paul, b its Resolution adopted-the 16th day of February 1961,
approve and authorized a proceedings in eminent domain for
the purpose of condanning and taking every right title, interest
and estate in certain lands situate in Section l� Township �O N.
Range 22 W.; in the County of Ramsey and which are required for
a certain extension of waterworks system of said City, a certified
copy of said Resolution being filed herewith and by this reference
hereby incorporated herein with the same intent, purpose and effect
as if said Resolution were set forth herein verbatim;
NOW THEREFCRE BE, IT
RESOLVED'by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,-that said
action of the Board of Water Coamissioners shall be and the
same - hereby is approved and ratified and that said extension
of the waterworks system and said proceedings in eminent domain
for the purpose of taking every right, title, interest and
estate In said certain lands for the purpose aforesaid shall
be and the :same hereby are in all things approved and authorized,
all.cost thereof to be paid out from Water Department Fund 23.
