WHEREAS, The Post Office Department has asked
the Department of Public Wnrks to change the name of
Emerson Avenue from Winthrop St. to McKnight Road, and
WHEREAS, Emerson Avenue is already in use
in the St. Paul Postal Delivery Limits; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
St. Paul that the certain street as described above
be and it is hereby given the name of Eastview Avenue,
