RESOLVED, that the use of the Theatre section
and of Stem Hall in the Municipal Auditorium on February 27th,
28th, and March 1st, 1961, and the use of the Arena section
on March 1st, 1961, be given to the Farmers Union Central,
Exchange, for its annual stockholders meeting, upon
payment of $1000.00, the balance of the cost of opening
and operating on said occasions to be set up in Auditorium
Fund 1021.
