PMOLVEC, that the proposed Professional Service
Agreement between City of Saint Paul and Soil Exploration
Company, pursuant to the Proposal of said Company dated
January 11, 1961, for soil investigation engineering services
to be performed by said Company necessary for the construction
of the proposed Jackson ,Street Bridge over the Arch- Pennsylvaoia
Expressway, hereby is authorized and approved and the proper
City officers hereby are authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City, subject to approval of the form thereof by
the Corporation Counsel.
