RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the purchase and removal of
dwelling and garage including removal of miscellaneous concrete, walks, fences
and debris located at 83 N. Hamline Avenue, described as Lot 11, Block 2,
Boulevard Addition No. 3, Saint Paul, Minnesota to GEORGE BLAW in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8241 of said
George Blank, Bidder to pay City of Saint Paul $1,837.00, such bid being the highest
and said George Blank being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
