State Aid Route No. 198, by condemning and taking the following described parcels
of land;
Part of Lot 9, Block 59, Dayton & Irvine's Addition to St. Paul and in Irvinets
Enlargement to Rice & Irvinets Addition, those parts of Lots 23 and 24, Block 59,
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of Summit Avenue
25 feet southwesterly from the north corner of Lot 24; thence southeasterly parallel
to the northeasterly line of said lot, 100.00 feet; thence southwesterly parallel to
the southeasterly line of Lots 23 and 24 to the northeasterly line of Sixth Street;
thence northwesterly along said street line to the southeasterly line of Summit Avenue;
thence 95 feet more or less to the point of beginning

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court house in the City of St. Paul on the............ 15th .............day
of ................. March_________________________ _ 1 19__61___, at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
