RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to
Completely recondition where necessary and paint 45 S.P. and 60 S.P.
Boiler Units at the City Asphalt Plant, 456 Burgess Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to KENNEY BOILER & MANUFACTURING COMPANY in accordance with
City specifications and the Informal Bid #2215 of said Kenny Boiler &
Manufacturing Company for the contract price of $1,532.00 (and unit
prices bid), such bid being the lowest and said Kenny Boiler &
Manufacturing-Company-being a-reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
