WHMEAS, Bernard V. Meyer, Former owner of property at 2024 E. Idaho
Avenue, more specifically described as Lot 1, Block 3, Jeants Addition, made
application`to connect property at 2024 E. Idaho Avenue to the public sewer
in Idaho Avenue, and
WHff=S, the advance payment, in the amount of $60.00 was paid to the
Department of Finance by Bernard V. Meyer, and
WHgMS, the assessment for public sewer in Idaho Avenue, from Ruth
Street to 565 feet east of Ruth Street, as pertains to Lot 1, Block 3,
Jeants Addition, amounts to $47.24, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of the Department of Finance is
hereby instructed to refund the sum of $12.76 to Lloyd D. Lubinski, present
owner of said Lot 1, Block 3, Jeants Addition.
