Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the North-
western Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for
and to maintain underground cable'-plant with associated laterals
to intersecting streets and alleys.
In alley south of "West Seventh Street
between Bay Street and Mercer. The
cable to be buried approximately three
feet north of the south alley line.
Work to be done under the - direction of the - Commissioner of Public
Works. The telephone company to pay for cost of publication hereto.
