WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the Curbing on
CALIFORNIA AVENUE from Edgerton Street to West -line of
Edgerton Manor Addition, Comptrollerls Contract L -6260,
Eugene Bulach, contractor, have been provided for in the
Specifi cations, and
IVHMEAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Addition :
ADDITION: 15.0 lin. ft. of 1211VCPipe Side Inlet
connection for relocation of Side Inlet
on the southwest corner of the inter-
section of California Ave, and Edgerton

WHEREAS, the total Addition is 60.00, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through it's City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in t1m sum of 0 60.00, said amount to be added
to the lump sum. consideration named in the Contract, known
as Comptroller' s Contract L -6260, and which amount is to be
assessed against the ben&fited property, for the making of
'the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 60.00 is the correct
amount to be added to the above Contract.
