RESOLVED, that the free use of the arena in the
Municipal Auditorium for their banquet and the free use of
Stem Hall in the M nicipal Auditorium for the dance after the
banquet, be granted to Junior Achievement of Saint Paul, Inc.,
on Friday, May 51 1961; the cost of opening and operating to be
set up in Auditorium Fund 1021.
