WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the Curbing on
the East Side of GROTTO STREET from Wheelock Parkway to
Cottage,Avenue, Comptroller's Contract L -6256, EUGENE
BULACH, contractor, have been provided for in the Spec-
ifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Addition and Deduction:
ADDITION: 10..0 lin. ft. of Straight Curb @ $2.20 $ 22.00
DEDUCTION: 8.0 lin. ft. of Radius Curb 2.40 19.20
Total Net Addition 2,80, and
WBIREAS, the total net addition is $ 2.80, now thsref ore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through it`s City Council
j app?oves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 2.80, said amount to be added
to the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known
as Comptroller's Contract L -6256, and which amount is to be
assessed against the benefited property, for the making of
the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
Contractor that the sum of $ •2.80 is the correct \amount to
be added to the above contract.
