In the matter of the assessment of ` "y benefits, cost and expenses for
constructing new ornamental lights on South Robert Street from Fillmore Avenue to
Concord Street with new light standards; al&o installing new cables, conduits, pull
boxes and all other appurtenances necessary for a complete lighting systema'id the
removal of existing standards and foundations
under Preliminary Order X83513 ,approved June 26, 1957
Intermediary Order 184163 , approved August 14, 1957
Final Order 184461 , approved September 10, 1957
The assessment of bPnRflts; cost and R�+_s for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 8th
day of February, 1261 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Buildin g, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance

give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
