Gombold, Inc., said contract for New Lighting in New Dressing
Rooms and Existing Dressing Rooms in the Theater Section of the
Municipal Auditorium, St. Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to
cover the installation of one main switch in each of the six ex-
isting dressing rooms and installation of two main switches in
each of two basement dressing rooms, to control mirror lights; r
this work having been requested by the Commissioner of Libraries, t
Auditorium, Museums And Stadia, and agreement made with the
contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement having been filed
with the Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract No. G -2255 was awarded to Gombold, Inc., for New
Lighting in New Dressing Rooms and Existing Dressing Rooms
in the Theater Section of the Municipal Auditorium, St.
Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to lt)' install one main switch in each of the
six existing dressing rooms to control mirror lights and
2) install two main switches in each of the two dressing
rooms located in the basement to control mirror lights, and
at the request of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium,
Museums And Stadia, negotiations have been conducted with
the contractor who agrees to do Item 1 for $160.00 and
Item 2 for $178.00, or a total of $338.00, which is a reason-
able amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra.
