On and Off Sale Malt Beverage and Cigarette Licenses, all expiring September 299
1961, all issued to Frankiels, Inc. at 599 North Dale Street be and the same
are hereby revoked upon recommendation of the Bureau of Police because of the
arrest of Anthony Evans, an employe at this place of business, on the charge
of sale of liquor on Sunday, being sent to court thereon, pleading guilty thereto,
and sentenced to $100.00 or 10 days, paying said fine.
