RE: Job B1365
Dear Sir:
Contract No. G -2245 was awarded to M. E. Souther Construction
Company for General Construction of New Dressing Rooms and
Remodeling of Existing Dressing Rooms in the Theater Section
of the Auditorium, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work, it was found desirable to re-
nail the floor in Dressing Room No. 5 with 16 penny screw -tite
trussed rafter nails, one in each flooring board at each joist,
heads to be countersunk, and 'also remove certain section of
the floor and install 3/4 inch plywood; and at the request of
the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums And Stadia,
negotiations have been conducted with the contractor who
agrees to do this work for the amount of $127.00, which is a
reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $127.00.
