Loss Dept. of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings RE: Job B1365 Dear Sir: Contract No. G -2245 was awarded to M. E. Souther Construction Company for General Construction of New Dressing Rooms and Remodeling of Existing Dressing Rooms in the Theater Section of the Auditorium, St. Paul, Minnesota. During the course of the work, it was found desirable to re- nail the floor in Dressing Room No. 5 with 16 penny screw -tite trussed rafter nails, one in each flooring board at each joist, heads to be countersunk, and 'also remove certain section of the floor and install 3/4 inch plywood; and at the request of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums And Stadia, negotiations have been conducted with the contractor who agrees to do this work for the amount of $127.00, which is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
