RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and hereby are
authorized to accept the amount of $P120.00 in compromise settlement of
the City's claim of 0135.55 under Registered Bill No. 3 -2993, for damage
to City property on June 7, 1959, in an automobile accident involving
Fred C. Bullock and Robert L. Thatcher, occurring at the intersection
of Arcade Street and Maryland Avenue, in the City'of Saint Paul, and
said Oiiy officers are hereby authorized to cancel the balance of
the bill.
