RESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and they herein are
authorized and instructed to execute on behalf of the City of St. Paul
an agreement with the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad
Company whereby the Railroad Company grants to the City the right of
using for dump purposes a portion of the Railroad Company's property
in the City of St. Paul, subject to conditions as set forth in the
agreement.
