RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award,of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all lhbor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling
and sheds and removal of fences, walls, steps, miscellaneous concrete and debris
located at 473 -475 Anita Street, described as except South 70.50 feet, Lot 6,
Block 7, of Blocks.6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 Prospect Plateau, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, to ALL STATE IMPROVING,COMPANY in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #2178 of said
All State Improving Company, City to pay Contractor $444.00, such bid being
-the_lowest- and -said All State improving Company being-a reasonable and reliable -;-
bidder, and-the Corporation Counsel' be- and hereby is directed-to-draw up the'"'
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to exec#e said contract on behalf of the City of SaintPaul.
