COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, that the Auditorium Arena on May 16th,
17th and 18th, 1962, be given to the Minnesota Grand
Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, for its convention,
upon payment of the sum of $1,000.00, the balance of
the cost of opening and operating to be set up in
Auditorium Fund 1021, the Eastern Star, in addition, to
pay for any extras covering stage help, etc. that may be
ordered by them.
